Shipping & Returns


We offer returns within 14 days of purchase for regular priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, apothecary, custom made items and jewelry, and intimate apparel are exempt from being returned.

 Additional non-returnable items: gift cards, downloadable software & other intangible goods, and some personal care items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace sale items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your goods in original condition that it was purchased, by the 15th day from your purchase.  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, you will receive a refund within 72 hours.
